All regulated money transmission activities offered through the TransPay brand are conducted exclusively by and under the licensing, registration, compliance program, and regulatory authority of Transamericas Services Corporation. Transamericas Services Corporation is registered with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (“FinCEN”) as a Money Services Business and holds a money transmitter license in the State of New Jersey under license number L075949. TransPay functions as the customer-facing brand, technology platform, and service channel of Transamericas, providing customers with access to money transfer services, payment processing support, digital onboarding, WhatsApp-based service access, agent network operations, and related financial technology infrastructure. All regulated money transmission services are provided by Transamericas Services Corporation and are subject to applicable federal MSB requirements, state money transmission laws, anti-money laundering requirements, know-your-customer obligations, sanctions screening, and other relevant compliance and regulatory frameworks. TransPay and Transamericas Services Corporation operate together to provide safe, compliant, and efficient money transfer services across supported markets, with TransPay Financial LLC serving as the brand and technology layer and Transamericas Services Corporation serving as the licensed and regulated money transmission entity.
